Several People Dead As Female Suicide Bomber Hits Azare Market In Bauchi
A female suicide bomber blew herself up Sunday at a mobile phone market
in Azare Bauchi State, killing several people, witnesses said.
“A suicide bomber came into the market as it was closing and blew herself up in the middle of all the merchants and their customers,” a witness said.
“I saw at least eight dead and lots of others wounded,” another witness, Alyu Habib said. (AFP)
Disclosing in a series of tweets this evening, Yusuf Tuggar, a gubernatorial aspirant in Bauchi State on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC),also confirmed this, he said, “Another explosion in Azare- phone market by the stadium. This senseless killings have to be brought to an end.
“We should not be forgotten. We should be reinforced and the sacrifices in the loss of lives should not remain nameless. Those losing their lives have names.
